Data Deletion

What gets deleted

When you delete your account (or disconnect a platform account), we permanently remove all of the following within 30 days:

• Your ReplyZen profile (email, name, plan, preferences)
• Encrypted OAuth tokens (Google, Trustpilot)
• Cached locations from connected platforms
• Cached reviews and reviewer display names synced from connected platforms
• AI-generated reply drafts and publish history
• Coupons, QR assets, and widget analytics tied to your locations
• Team member invitations and Staff QR scanner links

In addition, we revoke your Google OAuth grant so that ReplyZen no longer appears under your Google account's third-party access page.

Option 1 — Delete from the dashboard

1. Sign in at replyzen.app/auth/login
2. Open Dashboard → Settings
3. To unlink a single Google account: press Disconnect Google Account. All reviews and locations for that account are removed immediately.
4. To delete your entire ReplyZen account: scroll to the Danger Zone and press Delete Account. Confirmation is required.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account:

Please use the subject line "Data deletion request". We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Revoke access on Google's side

You can also end ReplyZen's access directly from your Google account at any time:

1. Open myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find ReplyZen in the list
3. Press Remove access

Our background sync will stop within minutes. To also clear cached data, complete Option 1 or 2 above.
