Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (LemonSqueezy and/or Stripe). Prices are in EUR and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at info@replyzen.app to request a refund.

ReplyZen.app uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review replies. You acknowledge and agree that:
ReplyZen.app allows you to use your own API keys for AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, Groq). When you use BYOK:
The ReplyZen.app platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of ReplyZen.app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
Content generated by AI through ReplyZen.app belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over replies you generate or publish.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REPLYZEN.APP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF REPLYZEN.APP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, REPLYZEN.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) AI-GENERATED CONTENT, WHETHER OR NOT REVIEWED BY YOU; (B) YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE; (C) CHANGES TO OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY APIS (INCLUDING GOOGLE, TRUSTPILOT, AND OTHER CONNECTED PLATFORMS); (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT DUE TO YOUR FAILURE TO SECURE YOUR CREDENTIALS; (E) ANY CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE; (D) THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS OR APIS; (E) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplyZen.app from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable EU jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
